Vincent "Vinny" Elsenboss Memorial Firefighter of the Year Award
Originally named the James Black Memorial Firefighter of the Year Award, it was renamed in 2003 as the Vincent “Vinny” A. Elsenboss Sr. Firefighter of the Year Memorial Award. This honor is bestowed for dedication, commitment, and a selfless willingness to help others without seeking recognition.
