Fire Safety Presentation at the Goddard School
Today, the Brookfield Volunteer Fire Department Candlewood Company was honored to visit the Goddard School for a Fire Safety presentation in collaboration with the Brookfield Fire Marshal’s Office. During the visit, students were given a tour of Engine 21 and educated about the role of the fire department. We also showed them what we look like in our fire gear, so they would recognize us and feel safe if they ever need our help.
Candlewood Company at the Best of Brookfield Trade Show
Yesterday evening, the Brookfield Volunteer Fire Department Candlewood Company participated in the Best of Brookfield Trade Show at the Candlewood Inn. We appreciate the Greater Danbury Chamber of Commerce for inviting us to attend. Our members provided valuable fire safety information and answered questions from attendees.
